Ellis Thomas "Tom" Murphy 78 of Arcadia Passed away June 26, 2008 in Arcadia. He was born July 14, 1929 in Arden, W. VA and move to Arcadia 34 years ago. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran. He is survived by a close friend Midge Van Ness of Arcadia, three sons Patrick Murphy of W.VA, Marshall Murphy of W.VA, Michael Witmer of Arcadia, FL; six daughters, Laura Petrie, of W.VA, Cindy Collmer of Ft. Myers, Terry Murphy of MA, Page Erworthy of MD, Barbara Lloyd of PA, Kathy Murphy of W.VA; one brother Timothy Murphy of W.VA; one sister Mary Kay of W.VA; eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
