Elaine V. Kellogg, age 63, passed away February 13, 2010 in Sun City, Fl. Elaine was a born in Philadelphia, PA. November 11, 1946. Elaine was a resident of Arcadia, Fl. for three years, moving here from Brandon, Fl. She was a Licensed Mental Health therapist for the State of Florida. Elaine held a Masters Degree in Mental Health. She was a member of Central Missionary Baptist Church, Arcadia, Fl. Elaine is survived by her brother Michael (JoAnna) Kellogg, Brandon, Fl. and two sisters; Margaret (Bruce) Brown, Tampa, FL. and Mary Kellogg, Safety Harbor, Fl. She is preceded in death by her parents; Alfred and Margaret a. Grassey Kellogg. Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00PM Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Arcadia, Fl.
