Edward (Eddie) Mike Apodaca passed away on February 13, 2022 in Arcadia, Fl. He was born on September 7, 1950 in Truth or Consequences, NM to Eddie C.  Apodaca and Myrtice Cowart Garcia.

Eddie proudly served our country in the US Army as a Military Policeman and was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired as a Corrections Officer with DeSoto Correctional Institution in 2012.

Eddie is survived by his three children, Richard Apodaca (Tiffnie) of Olive Branch, MS; Michelle Potter (Jim) of Arcadia, FL and John Apodaca of Punta Gorda, Fl. He has 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather Julian Garcia and his sister, Sheila Lowe.
