Dorris Dean Rogers, age 68, passed away Thursday October 26, 2023, in Bradenton, Florida. He was born November 6, 1954, in Columbia, Mississippi to Raymond and Joretta Morrow Rogers.

Dean enjoyed fishing, wrestling and gardening. His family will remember him as a generous, fun loving, and quirky man.

He is survived by his children Katrina (Levi) Eslinger from Inez, Kentucky, Dustin Rogers from Springfield, Missouri, Samantha (Shawn) Allen from Avon Park, Florida, Alisha Rogers, Marie Rogers, Walter Rogers, siblings Eloise Johnson from Arcadia, Florida, Elizabeth Jenkins from Ava, Missouri, Raymond Rogers from South Carolina, Theresa Rogers from Archer, Florida, John Rogers from Pensacola, Florida, and eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dean is preceded in death by his parents, wife and sisters, Jackie Rogers, Patty Valdez, Janet Cornelius, and brother Michael Rogers.
