Donna M. Cain, age 74, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2009 in Sarasota, FL. She was born January 31, 1935 in Providence, RI and moved to Arcadia 42 years ago from Hollywood, FL. She was of the Catholic faith and a member of St. Paul s Catholic Church of Arcadia. Donna was a wonderful and loving wife of 55 years, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with all the grand and great-grandchildren. Donna also liked camping, hunting and fishing with her family. She is survived by her husband, George W. Cain, of Arcadia, FL., three daughters, Cathy M. Channel of Arcadia, FL., Jo Ann K. (Nick) Chaich of Hot Springs, AR, and Therese J. (Tom) McGill of Canon, GA, one sister Margaret Pizza of Lakeland, FL, four grandchildren, Gary Loughren, Tim(Lacey)Channel, Larry Channel and Amy Channel, three great-grandchildren, Garrett Loughren, Braden Loughren and Kegan Channel. Donna was preceded in death by her parents Thomas F. and Anna C. Sutton Mulcahy. Visitation and Holy Rosary will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2009 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home, 50 N. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia, FL. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 10:00AM at St. Paul s Catholic Church, 1208 E. Oak St., Arcadia, FL. Burial will follow at Joshua Creek Cemetery.
