Donald R. Brown Jr, 81 of Arcadia, Florida passed away peacefully on June 30, 2024. He was the son of Donald R. Brown Sr. and Evelyn Walker Brown.

Donald was a devoted husband and father who enjoyed fishing, woodworking and most of all college football.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, M. Catherine (Waldron) Brown, a son Derek Brown of Sarasota, Florida; a sister-in-law Anne Waldron; three nephews, Brant "Trapper" and Leah Borow-Waldron, Tony and Jen Zelewicz, and Brock and Heather Waldron; plus cousins and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother-in-law Wes Muldoon Waldron and a great friend G. Greg Fowler.

In lieu of flowers the family requests a memorial contribution be made to the Lycoming County SPCA in Williamsport, Pa. or the Jersey Shore Public Library in Jersey Shore, Pa.

Burial will be handled privately by the family.
