Sharleen A. "Sherrie" Thompson, 57, of Arcadia, Florida passed away October 5, 2013. Sherrie was born February 3, 1956 in Cadillac, Michigan and moved to Arcadia in 1973. She worked as a waitress most of her working life and spent a lot of time involved with pagents and baton twirling. Sherrie is survived by her daughter, Christina (Patrick) Peaden, of Arcadia, FL, adopted daughter, Amiracle Cannon of Arcadia, FL, brothers, Mark Jenkins, of Bradenton, FL, Dennis Jenkins, of St. Petersburg, FL, Frank Essick of Arcadia, FL, sisters, Pam Morales, of Arcadia, FL, Dalene (Barry) Braden, of Blairsville, GA, parents, Harley and Phyllis Olson Jenkins, of GA, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
