Desoto- Robert B. Wynn, Sr., 68, lifelong resident of Arcadia, FL, passed away July 8, 2013. Robert was born April 25, 1945 in Sarasota, FL and moved to Desoto County as a young boy. At the age of 15, he began working with his father in the family business known as Arcadia Septic Tank Service. Upon his father's death, he became the owner/operator of the business and ran the business for 20 years. After retiring, he started Wynn's Portable Toilets & Septic Services, which he operated for 12 years. Robert was a hard working family man and enjoyed fishing and scuba diving any free time he could find. Robert was a loving husband, father, brother and grandpa. Robert is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Lois Hardin Wynn, son, Glenn Wynn, daughter, Jennifer (Shawn) Edwards, brother, Tommy (Bonnie) Wynn, Jr., sisters; Lois (Tommy) Tyner, Betty Jane (Jerry) Skinner, Ellen (Tony) Hutson, all of Arcadia, FL, grandchildren; Ashley Wynn, Travis Wynn, Kayli Wynn, Tyler Edwards, Garrett Edwards, Nicholas Edwards, great grandchildren,Sorrell and Scarlett and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Thomas Wynn, Sr. and Mildred Lillian Tucker Wynn. Robert was also preceded in death by his son, Robert B. Wynn, Jr. in April of 2012.
