Josepha Ribillas Castillo, 75, of Arcadia, Florida passed away in Punta Gorda on August 2, 2013. Josepha was born on April 28, 1938 in Knox City, Texas and moved to Arcadia from Wauchula, FL in 1991. She was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Paul's Catholic Church in Arcadia. Josepha enjoyed yard sales, shopping and cooking for her family. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother and will be deeply missed. Josepha is survived by her husband, Bruno Castillo, of Arcadia, FL, sons: Richard Castillo, of Arcadia, Ruben (Janie) Castillo, of Arcadia, Alberto (Tangela) Castillo, of Wauchula, FL, Bruno (Rebecca) Castillo, Jr., of Arcadia, daughters: Josefina (Geremias) Cruz, of Michigan, Alijandrina (Jose) Pulgarin, of Arcadia, Maria Castillo, of Arcadia, brother, Fernando Salazar, of Texas, sisters: Juanita Rivera, of Arcadia, Guadalupe Guerrero, of Minnesota, 22 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 2 more on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 1 sister. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 from 5-8 pm in the chapel of Ponger Kays Grady Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be conducted on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at St. Paul's Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m., followed by burial at Wauchula Cemetery.
