Lois Racheal Westberry August 26, 1921 January 31, 2012 Ms. Lois Westberry lifelong resident of Arcadia, FL passed quietly in her sleep Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Lois was a caring housewife who loved deeply her husband and raised her four children and two grandchildren. In addition she cared for her mother in her home selflessly. She could be found in the kitchen cooking faithfully for her family. She was always available to listen and help each person with their problems. Survivors include her children Betty Bishop of Sarasota, Fl, DeVaughn Westberry of Arcadia, FL, Linda Crews of N Ft. Myers, FL and Dan Westberry of Zolfo Springs, FL; sister Mary K.Gann of Arcadia, FL, 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Lois was a Godly devoted and caring mother, compassionate grandmother, and loving wife. She is preceded by her beloved husband David Westberry of over 50years, parents George and Margaret Patton Brown and grandson Ross A. Crews. A visitation will be Friday, February 3, 2012 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Homes, 50 N. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia. Funeral services will be at 10:00AM Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Michael Farrell officiating. Burial will follow at Joshua Creek Cemetery at 11:00AM.
