Miguel Angel Perez, age 53, passed away February 26, 2013 in Arcadia, FL. Miguel was born January 21, 1960 in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, moving to Arcadia in 1971. He was owner and operator of the Perez Land Grading Co. He sponsored the Team Perez Softball team. He enjoyed fishing and Bar B Ques with his friends. Miguel was a hard working man who enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. He was a member of the Bethel Assembly of God Church. Survivors are his beloved wife, Agustina D. Perez, Arcadia, FL , two sons; Miguel (Laura Nieto) Perez Jr., and Daniel Perez, both of Arcadia, FL, a daughter; Gloria (Elijah) Rios, Arcadia, FL, parents; Gabriel and Santa Morales Perez, Arcadia, FL, five brothers; Gabriel (Awilda) Perez II., Gilbert (Chavela)Perez, Ohio, Manuel (Rafaela)Perez , Puerto Rico, Antonio (Luz) Perez, and Gabriel Perez III, both of Arcadia, FL, four sisters; Maria (Ricky) Moreno, Millie (Ignacio) Carrillo, and Anna (Harold) Perez all of Arcadia, FL, Aieda Luz Perez, Ohio, five grand children, Devina Rios, Eliana Rios, Josiah Rios, Madelynn Perez, and Hector Perez. Funeral services will be 11:00AM, Friday, March 1, 2013 at the Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home Chapel , 50 No. Hillsborough Avenue, Arcadia, FL, with Pastor Melinda Hernandez officiating.
