Jose Martin Ibarra, 60, of Arcadia, Florida passed away January 14, 2013. Jose was born in Mexico and has resided in Arcadia for 21 years. Jose was a man with an extraordinary work ethic, an attribute he instilled in his children. He worked for Bermont Properties, as a Crew Leader, for the last ten years, under Steve and the late, Otto Varner. Jose was a family man. He married Maria in 1973 and they had five children. He took great pride in being a loving husband, father, provider, role model and friend. Jose had a great sense of humor and was an all around "Good Guy." He enjoyed taking care of his horse, often acting like he was in rodeos in front of his kids. He attended St. Paul's Catholic Church in Arcadia. Jose is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Ibarra, sons: Roberto (Acuzena) Ibarra, Luis Ibarra, and Eracleo Ibarra, all of Arcadia, Florida, daughters: Maria C. (Jose) Garcia and Maria G. (Luis) Pastor, both of Nocatee, Florida, brothers: Vicente Ibarra, of California, Efren (Guadalupe) Ibarra, of Mexico, sisters: Silvina Ibarra, Carmela Ibarra, Ma Jesus Ibarra, Natividad Ibarra, all of Mexico, nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
