Jessie Lucille Palmer,age 84, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013 in Port Charlotte, FL. Jessie was born September 14, 1929 in Ft Ogden, FL. She was a lifelong resident of Arcadia, and DeSoto Co., FL. She was a graduate of DeSoto County High School, Class of 1948. Jessie was a homemaker. She was very devoted to taking care of the needs of her husband and her family. She enjoyed reading, cooking, fishing, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Jessie was of the Baptist faith. Survivors are her beloved husband of 64 years, Robert A Bob Palmer, Arcadia, FL. one son; Robert Lance (Sharon) Palmer, Arcadia, FL, four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Jessie is preceded in death by her parents; A.
