Allen Lee Shoup, age 46, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2013 in Arcadia, FL. Allen was born February 26, 1966 in Keokuk, Iowa. Allen moved to Arcadia, FL in 2009 from Texas. He was a foreman for a deep sewer and water pipe line construction company. Allen enjoyed fishing, and shooting pool. He was described as a hard worker. Survivors are his son: Alex Lee Shoup.
