Joseph D. Hoskins, age 71, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2013. He was born September 3, 1941 in Hollandale, MS moving to Arcadia in 1965. He is survived by one brother locally, Sampson(Mary) Hoskins of Arcadia. Services will be private at a later date. Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Homes are in charge of the arrangements.
