Timmie E. Welch, 47, of Arcadia, Florida passed away August 21, 2013. He was born in Coudersport, PA on July 2, 1966 and moved to Arcadia 34 years ago. Timmie worked as a concrete finisher for the last 20 years. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, boating, camping, barbecuing and spending time with his family. Timmie was of the Baptist faith. Timmie is survived by his wife, Sherri Welch, of Arcadia, Florida, son, Tim (Sarah) Williams, of Georgia, daughters; Sydney (Robert) Welch, of Mt. Vernon, Ohio, Danielle (Donald) Bryant, of Arcadia, mother, Grace Welch, of Mershon, Georgia, mother in law, Mary Proctor,brother, Kenny (Tammy) Welch, of Pennsylvania, sisters; Marianne Nelson, of Arcadia, Debra (Jimmie) Brown, of Arcadia, Bobbi Fugate, of Arcadia, Tammy (Oscar) Zuniga, of Defuniak Springs, FL, Cathy (Lynn) Sortore, of New York, and grandchildren, Lilly, Logan and Mason Bryant, of Arcadia. A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Ponger Kays Grady Funeral Home, Arcadia, Florida. Burial will follow at Joshua Creek Cemetery.
