DeSoto- Mary E. Clow-Rice, 81, of Arcadia, Florida passed away November 21, 2012. Mary was born in Schoharie, New York on July 02, 1931. She moved to Arcadia, Florida, from Miami, twenty years ago. Mary was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, shopping and playing Bingo. Mary is survived by her husband of ten years, Claude Rice, of Arcadia, Florida, son, William Westedt, of Albany, New York, daughter, Tina (Colbert) Pearson, of Conroe, Texas, grandsons; Stephen Hall of New York, Adam & Jeffrey Pearson, of Texas and many friends from Big Tree Resort of Arcadia. She is preceded in death by brothers; Michael, James and George Cinquino and sister, Mable Jacquay.
