David Weamon Williams, age 83, of Arcadia, FL passed away July 31, 2022 at his home.  David was born January 26, 1939 in Wauchula, FL to the late Junior W. and Edith Coleman Williams.  He graduated from Hardee High School.  David retired as a Mechanic from G. Pearce Wood Memorial Hospital. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing golf, and woodworking.

David is survived by his daughter, Patricia (Calvin) Lindsay, Arcadia, FL, one sister, Margaret Aiken, Arcadia, FL.  He was the proud Grandfather of three grandchildren, Beverly (Shaun) Stuart, Ashley (Brent) Scribner, and Samantha (Rodney) Smith, and five great grandchildren, Lindsay Stuart, Levi Stuart, Kennedy Scribner, Avery Scribner, and Oliver Scribner and several nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years Alice Williams, his parents, one brother, Edward C. Williams, and one sister, Ruthie Lee Edwards.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 10:00am, Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Joshua Creek Cemetery, Arcadia, FL with Kenny Butts officiating.
