David Kenneth Westfall, age 65, passed away Monday, November 27, 2023, in Arcadia, Florida. He was born November 3, 1958, in Rantoul, Illinois to Kenneth and Donna Westfall.  David lived in Key West for over 20 years. He has lived in Arcadia since 2004.

David helped the homeless, buying turkeys on holidays and giving them odd jobs in his yard to raise their self-worth and added money for whatever they might need. He also enjoyed activities, like playing with his favorite dog, Bobo. He was an avid reader and a good cook. He also was a handy man and always available to solve maintenance issues for Arc Desoto as well as play Santa Claus every Christmas while his health allowed.

David is survived by his loving wife Mary Ann Starrett, his daughter Cassandra (William) Wolcheck of Arcadia, Florida, Mother Donna Anello, brother Louis Anello of California, sisters Julia Westfall and Wendy Conroy of Tucson, Arizona. David also has 3 grandchildren William, Warren, and Daisy Wolcheck.
He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Westfall, brothers Kevin Westfall, and Anthony Anello as well as his Stepdad, Ben Anello.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Edmonds Episcopal Church in January.
