Mr. Daniel W. Johnson, age 52 passed away on October 2, 2022. He was born in Arcadia and had lived here his entire lifetime.

He was a handyman by trade and enjoyed tinkering on things. He worked on motorcycles and lawnmowers as his favorite pastime projects.

He is survived by his brother Harold Dean Blackmon and his mother Catherine Goodier as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Johnson.

There will be a Visitation on Monday, October 24, 2022 in the Chapel at Ponger-Kays-Grady at 9:30AM – 10:30AM with the Funeral Service to follow at 10:30AM with Pastor Ellis Cross officiating. Burial will follow at Joshua Creek Cemetery.
