Clifton A. Earnest, age 86, passed away April 30, 2025 . He was born in Defuniak Springs, Florida to the late Reverend E. T. Earnest and Carlie L. Barwick.  He had been in the U. S. Air Force in his early years. He was best known among the church community for his piano playing ability. He had the God given gift to play by ear. Over the years he served in churches as a piano player until he was unable to travel. He continued to bless folks with his playing at the nursing home where he resided while he was able.

He is survived by his children Pamela Elliott Watson (Bobby)and Brigham (Rita) Sapp as well as three grandchildren, He is also survived by brothers Gerald (Shirley) Earnest of Graceville, Florida and Donald M. Earnest of Arcadia Florida and sister-in-law Marcella Earnest of Arcadia Florida.

Clifton is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Walter, Edwin and Horace Earnest.
