Cindy Ellen Crites age 71 passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023, in Arcadia, Florida. She was born in St. Albans, West Virginia on February 18, 1952.

She loved her family and was especially fond of celebrating their birthdays and holiday with them. She was an avid shopper and loved collecting knick-knacks.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents Glen and Wanda Young and daughter Tamitha Crites.

She is survived by her loving husband Gary Crites Sr. and son Gary Crites Jr., Jackie Mash and numerous other brothers as well as Mary Ousley, Lena Kay and numerous other sisters. Her grandchildren include Shaleigha Clifton of Arcadia, Florida, Justin Crites of North Dakota as well as Brixton Thomas and Tru Livingston. She also has many nieces and nephews and special friend Carol Cunningham and Lisa Myers.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, August 3rd, 2023, from 10:30AM – 11:30AM in the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Homes, Arcadia the service to follow at 11:30AM with Pastor Ellis Cross officiating. Burial will follow the service at Joshua Creek Cemetery.
