Celidia Pierre, age 82, passed away Monday July 22, 2024, in Auburndale, Florida. She was born June 17, 1942, in Narac Port- Au-Paix, Hati to Cedieu Petit Jbune and Cinaise Paul.

She lived in the community for 44 years. Her greatest accomplishment was when she brought her children and grandchildren to the United States. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She loved cooking and caring for stray animals. She also had a passion for gardening. Celidia will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and for her humorous and passionate ways.

She is survived by her children Yvonette Marie Pierre, Chall Pierre, Yvon Pierre and Marie Pierre and a sister Mrs. Le Bien along with 14 grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews.

Celidia is preceded in death by her parents and husband Clairvoyant Pierre and daughter Celitia Anry.

Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30AM on Friday August 9, 2024, at St. Michael Catholic Church 408 Heard Bridge Road in Wauchula, Fl. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery 1999 State Road 64 E. Wauchula, Fl.
