Catherine V. Randall, age 73, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2011 in Port Charlotte, FL. She was born March 6, 1938 in Fort Ogden, FL. and a lifetime resident. Catherine was of the Baptist faith. Catherine was a very loving, mother, grandmother and sister and will be missed by her family. She enjoyed gardening, keeping a beautiful yard and caring for her house plants. She always kept a neat and clean home and will be remembered for her great cooking. Catherine was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Arcadia Lodge. She is survived by three daughters; Terri E. Cline of Arcadia, FL., Belinda Miller of Arcadia, FL. and Angie Coons of Lehigh Acres, FL.; one son Leonard Scott of Temple, TX; one brother Buddy (Linda) McClenithan of Arcadia, FL.; two sisters Maxine (Homer) Tuttle and Cynthia Dehay both of Arcadia, FL.; thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband James L. Randall, a son Danny Scott and her parents Cecil and Laura Keene McClenithan. She also left behind her little Chihuahua, Chichi. A visitation will be held Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Homes, 50 N. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia. Funeral services will be Friday, September 9, 2011 at 11:00AM at the chapel with Rev. Rick Hill officiating. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
