Carlos Joan Beque, age 78, passed away Monday, December 12, 2011 at her home in Arcadia surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 17, 1933 in Fort Wayne, IN and moved to Arcadia in the late 1970 s. She was of the Baptist faith. Carlos and her husband Ralph enjoyed playing golf and bowling. Carlos was also a very accomplished seamstress; she especially loved crocheting, embroidery, knitting and just about any type of crafts. She is survived by her daughter Tammy (Larry) Isenblatter of Arcadia, FL.; two grandchildren Alicia R. Poindexter (Bruce Miller) and Mary A. Isenblatter; two great grandchildren Joseph W. Slone and Arielle L. Miller. Carlos was preceded in death by her husband Ralph J. Begue, her parents Jerome J. and Verna M. Ewing David, a brother Cary David and grand daughter Lexie R. Miller. Graveside services will be Monday, December 19, 2011 at 11:30AM at Sarasota National Cemetery with Rev. William Antony Martin officiating.
