Barbara Ann Mosqueda, age 75 passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024 in Wauchula, Florida. She was born January 17, 1949 in Bradenton, Florida to Samuel Wesley Kirkland and Jewel Bentley. She lived in the community for 22 years. She graduated in 1981 from Manatee Community College, she was a former business owner.

She enjoyed fishing, caring for animals; cats, dogs, chickens, cows, pigs, and rabbits. Barbara loved being an active grandmother, cooking, baking and spending time with her family. Barbara was proud of her children and grandchildren. Her family will remember her as a strong, loving, caring women.

She is survived by her daughters Tammy McKensey, from Bradenton, Florida and Linda Beebe from Wauchula, Florida, and twenty-six grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Jewel Kirkland, Brothers Richard and Danny Kirkland, husband Manuel Mosqueda, son Samuel Sconyers, grandchildren Richard Sconyers, Angel Skye Gonzalez, and Sophiea Sconyers.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
