Audrey Darlene Criswell, age 57, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023, in Sebring, Florida. She was born in Blousville, Arkansas on April 25, 1966, to Charlie and Peggy Woods.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandma and friend.

She is survived by her husband Chester Criswell as well as her children and brothers and sisters. Her children are Dallas Moses Jr. and Dustin Moses of Zolfo Springs, Christopher Woods of Bowling Green, Eddy Woods and Cody Woods of Wauchula, and Alexia Altieri of Zolfo Springs.

Her brothers and sisters are Dennie Palmer of Fort Meade, Peggy Richardson of Avon Park, Cindy Richardson of Zolfo Springs, Charley Woods Jr. of Stafford, Missouri, John and Donald Woods of Zolfo Springs, She also had 18 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 17 nieces and nephews that will miss greatly.

She is preceded in death by her parents Charley and Peggy Woods and daughters Amber Woods and Brittany and Brandy Criswell.

The visitation of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, from 12:00pm – 1:00pm in the Chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Wauchula at 205 N. 9th Avenue, Wauchula, Florida.  The Funeral services will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. Clifton Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at Bowling Green Cemetery.
