Asuncion Soriano Santana, passed away on March 3, 2025. She was born on May 22, 1947, in Miahuatlan De Porfipio Diaz Miahuatlan, Oaxaca, Mexico, to Catalino Soriano and Apolonia Santana.

She went to school in Mexico. She attended church at St. Paul Catholic Church in Arcadia. Asuncion will be remembered as a nice, grateful, loved and caring wife, mom, sister, grandmother and great grandmother and Aunt.

She deeply cared in making sure her children were well cared for. She also enjoyed exercise and cooking.

Asuncion is survived by her children; Agustin and Beatrice, Adelaida and Teodoro, Pedro and Elvira, Pablo, Justino and Jonica, and Fernando all of Florida. Also, Juana Ramirez, Antonio and Estela all of Mexico. Her brothers and sister are; Rey Soriano, Fortunato Soriano, Alejandro Soriano, and Roberta Soriano.

She also has 28 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Some of the grandchildren include, Kayla Ramirez, Ivan Ramirez, Jennifer Ramirez, Adela Soriano, Gustavo Soriano, Ruben Soriano, Luiza Soriano, Brandon Ramirez, Rayan Ramirez, Paola Ramirez, Amanda Ramirez, Lorena Santana, Liliana Santana, and Anthony Ramirez. She also had 14 nieces and 14 nephews.

The visitation will be on Saturday, March 8, 2024, from 9:30AM to 11:00AM in the Chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home, Arcadia, FL 34266. The Service will be at St. Paul Catholic Church at 12:00PM with the burial to follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
