Albert Paul Cooke passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023. Albert was born on December 19, 1952, in Leigh, England to Albert and Alice Cooke.

He graduated from Leigh High School and was a Welder/Fabricator by trade and was a business owner, until his retirement.

He was a Martial Arts Instructor and Referee for over 40 years.  He was a part of the Karate Union of Great Britain, and Cookes Shotokan in Englewood, fl.  He also loved to travel and explore.

He is survived by his wife, Maureen and his children, Susan & Paul Moon of Arkansas, Helen Cooke and (Elmer) Buckingham of Arcadia, FL and Karen Cooke and (Kieron) Morley of Kent, UK. Also, sisters Sheila Hampson and Josephine Cooke.

He has 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews. The grandchildren include Martyn, Lisa, Haley, Julie, Charlotte, Robert, Daniel, Emma and Milly. The great grandchildren include Drew, Kyleigh, Devon, Lilly, Addison, Nyla, Gabriel, Annisa, Teddy, Ophelia, Freya, Drake, Lilly, Eliza, Zoey, Reagan, and Sophie.

The Memorial Service will be at 2:00P.M. Sunday, October 22, 2023, in the chapel of Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home at 50 N. Hillsborough Avenue, Arcadia, Florida, Pastor Louie Mabrey will be officiating.
